We offer in digital format a classic of the Calasanctian bibliography. It is an approach to the spirituality and pedagogy of San José de Calasanz that jointly offers the sanctity and «mastery» of Calasanz. Calasanctian spirituality is nothing more than the historical embodiment of the spiritual experience that led him to holiness. Pedagogy, on his part, is the path he followed in his long experience as a teacher of poor children and young people in Rome.
The simple, understandable, and brief form of the book helps to read it and be used frequently as a claim and reference to the work and activities of the Piarist educator; it also perfectly fulfills the purpose of being an adequate instrument of Calasanctian formation.
